Shipping Address Issues
IMPORTANT! Please ensure that the shipping address you give us is correct. There is a $6 charge for changing the shipping address after an order is submitted. The customer is responsible for any charges, imposed by shipping companies, resulting from an incorrect shipping address.
UPS NOW CHARGES A $6.00 fee for address correction or for change of ship to address.
Please make sure your address is correct, i.e.: street, road, ave, court, etc.
WE WILL CHARGE $6.00, if we are charged by UPS for an incorrect address or a forwarded address!
Delivery Duration Most US Orders are delivered by American Table Tennis, from Michigan, via Priority Mail or UPS depending on the weight of the order. Delivery normally takes 1-5 working days. The map below shows the maximum delivery duration for such orders*. 
*The delivery duration map above does not apply for table and robot orders, as explained below: Newgy robots and accessories are delivered by Newgy, from Tennessee, to anywhere in the US in around 2-5 days, depending on destination. Tables are delivered from Michigan via major truck lines in 8 to 14 days.

Return Policy You can return recreational rackets (not combos or custom rackets), rubbers and blades within 30 days of the purchase provided that they are still sealed. Combos and custom rackets which we assemble for you, cannot be returned. Tables cannot be returned unless they are damaged on delivery. Newgy Robot purchases are protected in three ways: (1) a 30-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee, (2) a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty, and (3) a 5-Year Service Policy. All other products can be returned within 30 days of their purchase provided they are not used. Shipping for returned items has to be paid by the customer. Our return policy is subject to change.
